An entire juicy pork loin roast filled with chopped spinach that's uniquely seasoned with breadcrumbs & savory herbs. Basted in an eclectic blend of orange juice & a teriyaki style sauce and roasted to a golden brown.

Chef Bruce got this recipe from "Twiggs restaurant". Plump chicken breasts roasted until crisp, with sun dried tomatoes, bacon, artichoke hearts and a wine & garlic pan-sauce. This one is a customer FAVORITE! Purchase our Garlic Roasted Asparagus or Gourmet salad to complete your meal. Also tastes great served over our Tuscan Mashed Potatoes! Kid Friendly choice. This entree is low in fat & calories.
Chicken Scallopine
Chicken breasts lightly floured sautéed with freshly made roasted garlic & fresh herbs in a tomato & white wine sauce with green olives. DELICIOUS! Lovely Italian dish with a new twist! Healthy & Light meal! We love our customers and since they asked for more of this delicious sauce the last time we offered it, we decided to double it!!! This is a must try entrée!
Wok- Seared Pepper Steak
Strips of fresh green pepper, red pepper, onion, and tomato combined with aged, tender Filet Mignon steak strips in a soy-beef broth sauce. Truly a phenomenal meal and sure to please the entire family! Full of fresh veggies and lots of taste! Served with our Jasmine rice.

Cajun Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
Succulent tilapia filets flavored with Cajun spices and baked to perfection. Serve this along side our made from scratch dill sauce with a hint of lemon. Also comes with delicious couscous.
Penne Rustic with OR without Chicken
A light cream-parmesan sauce, Italian herbs and topped with chives. Accompanied by our penne pasta. This dish has a pinch of cayenne, let us know if you would like for us to leave it out or put it on the side. Kid Friendly. This entree is phenomenal!
