- What does Cena (say-nah) mean and what is it?
Cena means supper or dinner in Spanish and Italian. All of the food preparation and shopping is done for you. Once each of the meals is assembled, cooking directions are attached. - How many people does each entrée serve?
Each serving is generous and easily serves 3 hungry people. Leftovers make wonderful lunches! Our full size entrees are available in the "Family Meal Deal" and they easily serve 4 - 6 hungry adults!. - What is the cost of Cena?
Preparing Cena meals is economical and can save hundreds of dollars on your monthly grocery and "going-out" bills. A meal at fast food restaurants typically costs the same as one serving from Cena, but the Fast Food has 30+ grams of fat and 35 grams of carbohydrates. By using Cena, you avoid last-minute grocery trips, unhealthy food and fast food "emergency runs". - What are my options if I am a senior citizen or if I am cooking for 2?
Bring us your containers when you place your order, and whenever possible, we will separate the entree into two individual servings. - How do I place a "To Go" order?
Click on "place an order". Select a date from the calendar and place your order or call your local Cena. It will be ready for you when you arrive. - What are your store hours? The Norfolk Store Hours are as follows:

- What if I have special dietary needs?
Cena's expert staff is well prepared to adjust recipes to fit the needs of most dietary regulations. It is recommended that you call three days in advance so that we are able to accommodate you. - How much freezer space do I need?
Since many of the meals are in Ziplocs™, you don't need as much as you might think. Generally (and depending on how many pans you use) you need two shelves in your freezer. - Is this an expensive alternative or is it cheaper to go out for dinner?
Not even close, and it is significantly lower fat, lower calorie, and much more healthy! No expensive soda refills or tips!
"To Go" orders are made in advance online or by calling your local Cena.
- Does Cena deliver?
Some of our Cena locations have a delivery service for an additional fee. Contact the Cena nearest you to find out if they deliver. NORFOLK CENA specializes in delivering to businesses! We'll show up before you leave for the day with your meals packaged and ready to take home and bake or freeze. We deliver to most of the Southside and Peninsula. Minimum order required. The highest. Cena's staff has been trained in safe and hygienic food preparation. We require gloves for all our kitchen staff. - Am I able to substitute non-alcoholic ingredients for those recipes using wine?
Cena offers wine substitutions on recipes using wine for those clients who wish to avoid alcohol in their entrées.
